Anyone have a good fondant recipe?

I am making a cake for Mikes graduation shindig and I'm going to attempt to work with fondant. But I want it to taste good. I saw (I think) Kate and Crystal talking on facebook about good fondant recipes. So, please share. Please, please, please. :) I am wanting to try it out before hand though to practice working with it. So I need one asap. Thanks much!

    Thanks Kate! I tried it out and it turned out really good! I like that it doesn't use glycerine. (0r however you spell that.) This stuff actually tastes edible. :)

    I forgot to post what Amelia said however you may have seen it on my facebook page... Anyway, If that kind is good I would make it. I am going to try it if I ever make a cake again. It has got to be cheaper than the kind she orders. The kind she ordered tasted like marshmallow anyway. Thanks for the recipe Kate!
